Rodney Len Fields was born to Nellie Faye Grays and R.L. Fields on January 7, 1970, in Memphis, TX. He spent his childhood days in Amarillo, TX before leaving to attend Texas School for the Deaf in Austin, TX where he graduated in 1988. He worked at several business establishments to include Amarillo Hardware, Target and Fed Ex. He was a member of the Paramount Baptist Deaf Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Joyce Mims officiating and Bishop James Mims, pastor, as eulogist. Arrangements are by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes St.

Lance D. Rodgers was born July 3, 1991. He graduated from Palo Duro High School. He enjoyed music, dancing, practical jokes, laughing and creating memories with his 1-year-old daughter.

Survivors include his mother, Ann Billington of Amarillo; a sister, Shatori Wilson of Amarillo; a
daughter, Brooklyn Leighann Rodgers of Amarillo; a stepsister, Cassandra Billington of Amarillo; the love of his life, Kaeley Reed of Amarillo; his special aunts, Bettye Parker and Carmen Parks; and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and friends.

There will be no viewing.

LaRanda was born Aug. 1, 1970, in Chicago. She was a licensed CNA for Crestview Assisted Living and enjoyed computers.

Survivors include three daughters, MaRanda Jones, Sherry Hodgest and husband Gene, all of Amarillo, and Lacresha Jones of Texas; three sisters, Linda Stubblefield of Chicago, JoAnn Jones and Tory Bryson of Omaha; five brothers, Daniel Jones of Chicago, Williams Jones, Charles Jones, Ellis Jones, and Aaron Jones, all of Texas; four grandchildren, D’Dric Thomas, Key’Money Daniels-Jones, Ty’Ryiah Anderson, Goldyn Daniels-Jones
