Albert “David” Moore Died Sunday March 2, 2014.

Services will be held Friday, March 7, 2014 @11AM, New Hope Baptist Church Reverend Joe Cofer of New Birth Bible Fellowship Church officiating. Reverend Herman Moore of Carter Chapel Primitive Baptist eulogist. Burial: Fairview Cemetery Wellington, Texas at 4:PM.

Albert “David “Moore was born November 14, 1952, to the late Frankie Lee and Herman Moore. David attended Booker T. Washington, Wellington Junior High School, and Wellington High School.   He loved playing basketball, enjoyed his model car collection, and also enjoyed taking care of his pet pigeons.  He enjoyed music and was a great harmonica player. After high school, in 1971, David and friend, Elmer Shrubs decided to enlist in the Army on a Buddy System Plan where they were stationed in Germany.  David was honorably discharged in 1974 as a 1st sergeant and has since been service connected.

He is survived by; One Daughter, Sophia Bell of Dallas, TX Three Grandchildren, DaKisha Bell of Atlanta, GA Mariah Bell of Oklahoma City, OK and Ashton Bell of Amarillo, TX Four Great Grand Children, Acaiah, Malik, Kaelan, and Zayne One Brother, Reverend Herman Moore and wife Mary of Amarillo, TX Six Sisters, Merlyn Crawford, Mae Frances Moore, Lou Helen Moore, Frankie Gail Moore, Peggy Johnson all of Amarillo, Texas and Betty Moore of Wellington, TX One Half Brother, Herman White of Amarillo, TX and Half Sister, Debra White of Dallas, TX
