Evelyn L. Barnes, 48, died May 26, 2014.

Services will be Saturday May 31, 2014 at 11:00am at New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church, Bishop James Mims, Pastor and Reverend Alford Sanders, as eulogist.

Evelyn L. Barnes, formerly of Hereford, Texas died in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  She was born August 11, 1966, in Dimmitt, Texas, to Syra Sanders Traylor and Aquilla Harrison.

She is survived by her siblings, Cynthia Sapp, Sherrita Traylor, Judy Calloway, Gregory Harrison, all of Amarillo, Texas. Four Children: Schronda Price (Johnny), of Amarillo, Texas. Kerry Barnes Jr. (Kendra) of Arlington, Texas. Brandon Barnes and Lacy Barnes (Jason) both of Amarillo, Texas.  A special friend; Johnny Hall of Tulsa, Oklahoma.  And, 14 grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday at Funeral home from 1pm to 6pm.

Linda K. Cash was born September 3, 1950, in Merced, California.

Preceded in death by son Doug Cash Jr.

Survived by her husband Doug Cash Sr. of Amarillo, TX, daughter Sabrina Sechrist and husband Jim of Amarillo, TX

Six grandchildren and one great granddaughter

Linda loved technology, working in the garden, and jet skiing and being on the water

Jewel Shaw, 90, died April 27, 2014

Burial: Llano Cemetery by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes, Amarillo, TX

Mrs. Jewel Shaw was born February 6, 1924, in Stamps, Arkansas.  She departed this life April 27, 2014.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and playing cards and dominoes.

She moved to Amarillo in the 70’s and united with the Church of the Living God CWFF under the pastoral care of Reverend Howard Romaine.  She later became a member of the Saint John Baptist Church for several years.  She later united with the New Mount Zion Baptist under the pastoral care of Reverend Charles Coleman in Memphis, Texas.  She later renewed her membership with the Saint John Baptist Church and served faithful until her health failed.

She is survived by, Two sons:  John Shaw and Reverend Mickey Shaw (Rose) both of Amarillo, TX.  Three daughters: Velma Coleman (Reverend Charles Coleman), Debra Swain ((Greg) both of Amarillo Francis Aaron of Garland, TX

25 grand children and 54 great grand children
