Eslonya Kyre Fields, infant, of Amarillo died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes St.

Eslonya was born Sept. 20, 2014, to Shykeia K. Fields and Bernabus Delafuente. God called his little angel home.

Survivors include her parents; her grandparents, Esley and Bridgette Fields; and her great-grandparents, Ernest and Mary Mathis and Ray and Dorothy Fields.

Bobby Ray Cumby, 68, died Monday, Sept. 15, 2014.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in New Covenant Baptist Church with Bishop James Mims officiating. Arrangements are by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes St.

Bobby Ray Cumby, 68, of Amarillo, answered God’s call, Monday, Sept., 15, 2014. He attended public school at North Heights and Hilltop Elementary School. He was a proud graduate of the class of 1965 from Carver Junior High and High School.

Bobby retired from Texaco Refinery.

Survivors include a daughter, Brandi Townsend; two grandsons, A`zelden and Niazer Townsend; a granddaughter, Yazhmeen Branch, all of Amarillo; two sisters, Gail Hawkins Lee and husband David and Ruth Ellen Lynch, all of Amarillo; a brother, Curtis Stevenson of Amarillo; a special aunt, Jerolene Wilson; his nephews, Darius and DeMarcus Blackshere, both of Amarillo; and a niece, Christy Bender of Corsicana.

Special thanks to the loving care givers of Hospice Care of the Southwest, Amarillo Skilled Care Nursing and John and Pearl Bowser for years of unwavering support and time spent encouraging.

Visitation will be private.

Buddie Paul Griffin, 73, died Friday, Sept. 5, 2014.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Community of Grace United Methodist Church with Pastor Michael Robinson as eulogist. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes St.

Buddie Paul Griffin was born June 5, 1941, in Mineola to Norman and Florence Griffin. He moved to Amarillo in 1948. He attended Carver High School. He served with honor as a specialist in the Army, where he was awarded Expert Marksman award.

He was a member of Wyatt Memorial United Methodist Church, and more recently, Community of Grace United Methodist Church, where he served as a member and trustee. He came to know Christ in 1981.

He was employed by Hedge Coke Motor Co., and retired from Southern Western Public Service after 30 years. He was owner of Love Lights Alive.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Ruby J. Griffin; a daughter, Kandis J. Griffin of Oklahoma; a sister, Ella L. Thompson of Houston; a brother, Dennis and wife Stacie Griffin of Amarillo; three grandsons, Christopher Griffin and Marvin Griffin, both of San Diego, and Jeremiah L.H. McClendon of Oklahoma City; and two granddaughters, Ashley Washington and Nailayn Moore-Griffin, both of San Diego.

Viewing will be from 1 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Beverly Campbell, 59, of Amarillo died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Saint John Baptist Church with the Rev. A. Harris and Elder Harry Williams, Jerusalem Church of God in Christ of Borger, as eulogist. Arrangements are by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes.

Beverly Campbell was born Nov. 17, 1954. She enjoyed playing bingo and listening to music. Her favorite foods were pizza and burgers. She was a longtime member of St. John Baptist Church.

The family would like to send a special thanks to Kirkland Court Health and Rehab, Vivians Nursing Home and Interm Hospice Care.

Survivors include five daughters, DeAundes Shon and husband Timothy Tinner, Tametris March and husband Brandon Overby and Kisstin Campbell, all of Amarillo, Gabrielle March of Austin, and Johnnie M. Campbell of Phoenix; a son, Brandon and wife Christy Britton of Amarillo; two brothers, Warren J. March of Dallas and Jonathan and wife Roxie Rhoden of San Antonio; a sister, Kirby Rhoden of Amarillo; 20 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
