Carl Cuff, 59, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2016.

Services will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday in Golden Gate Mortuary Chapel of Angels. Arrangements are by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes St.

Carl was born July 12, 1957, in Kansas City, Mo., to Roy Sanders and Kathryn Cuff. He passed away from this life on Nov. 21, 2016, after a long illness.

He graduated from Westport High School in Kansas City, moved to Amarillo in 1993, and worked various jobs. His last job was through Command Labor.

Survivors include a daughter, Carletta R. Johnson and fiancé Rodney Minor of Kansas City; two grandsons, Philippe and Solomon; two brothers, Roy Sanders Jr. and wife Lois of Kansas City and Dr. Elliott Cuff and wife Virginia of Cincinnati; and two sisters, Patricia Jones and husband Cliff of Grandview, Mo., and Karen Cuff of Amarillo.

Henry Gardner Sr., 82, died Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016, in New Llano, La.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Zion Temple of Deliverance Church in Lufkin. Arrangements are by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes St., and Coleman’s Family Mortuary of Lufkin.

Henry Gardner Sr. was born Jan. 3, 1934, in LeBlanc, La. He was called home to be with the Lord on Nov. 20, 2016.

He served his country for four years in the Air Force as an airman first class, receiving an honorable discharge in 1955 at Amarillo Air Force Base. He was employed by Nunn Electric Supply, ICX and ASARCO.

He was a longtime member of Mount Zion Baptist Church in Amarillo, where he served on the usher board and the finance committee.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Dorothy; a son Dennis; his parents, Cinderella Gilmore and W.D. Jerue Sr., a granddaughter, April; and his brothers, Luther and Gilmore Junior.

Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn Ellis of Houston; his sons, Everett Gardner and wife Cheryl of New Llano, David Gardner and wife Sandra of Plainview and Henry Gardner Jr. of Dallas; four brothers; five sisters; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

PATRICIA”PAT” WILLIAMS

Patricia Williams, 71, died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Jenkins Chapel Baptist Church with Pastor Steven R. Martin as eulogist. Arrangements are by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes St.

Patricia “Pat” Williams was born to Leon Walton and Nellie Pettie on Jan. 30, 1945, in Mineola.

At an early age, Pat was united with the Church of the Living God under the pastorate of the late Reverend Howard Romaine. She later united with the Jenkins Chapel Baptist Church under the late Reverend J.W. Wade, where she was a faithful member for more than 35 years. She was a member of the Sanctuary Choir, Women Missionary Society and served as hospitality chairperson of the choir.

Survivors include two sons, Charles Wooten, Jr. and wife Pamela of Arlington and William Thomas and wife Melissa of Reading, Pa.; a daughter-in-law, Arnesia Wooten of Amarillo; twelve grandchildren; and twenty-three great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be from 2 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Lori A. Jackson

Lori A. Jackson, 54, died Friday, Nov. 11, 2016.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Saint John Baptist Church with the Rev. Anthony B. Harris pastor and Deborah Hutchinson as eulogist. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes St.

Mrs. Lori A. Jackson was born Aug. 27, 1962, in Crosbyton to L.D. Terrell Sr. and Willie B. Terrell. Lori married Bobby Jackson on March 18, 1987, in Crosbyton and moved to Amarillo in 1993, where she resided until her death. She enjoyed family, dancing, music, singing and life.

She was preceded in death by her father, L.D. Terrell Sr.; and a brother, Vincent Terrell.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Jackson of Amarillo; her mother, Willie B. Terrell of Amarillo; three daughters, Teresa Jackson and husband Ramiro, Alicia “La `Rae” Jackson and Felisha Jackson, all of Amarillo; three brothers, L.D. Terrell Jr. and wife Debbie of Clayton, N.M., Billy Terrell and wife Sandy of San Antonio and Darrell Terrell of Amarillo; two sisters, Tammie Coleman and Karen Johnson, both of Amarillo; a half-sister, Kristi Bogus of Trinidad; three stepsisters; four stepbrothers; and eight grandchildren, Jaylyn, Kristal, Alexia, Kaylyn, Cyan, Kristian, Braylon and Nathaniel.

Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
