Georgia F. Fox, 98, of Kansas died Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2017, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Christ Lutheran Church, 5005 Interstate 40, with Pastor Hesse officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 North Hughes St.
She was born Feb. 6, 1918, in Wellington, Kan., to John Hal Bishop and Minnie Pennington. She was a faithful member of Christ Lutheran Church until her health failed.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wendell L Fox.
Survivors include two sons, Wendell James Fox and Mark Fox Sr. of Amarillo; a sister, Irene Goggans; a brother, William Franklin of Milwaukee Wis.; a daughter-in-law, Diana Fox; four grandchildren, Vanescia Fox, Mark Fox Jr., Cynthia Borden and Phineas Riddley; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great- great-grandchildren
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
