Billie C. Flanagan, 67, of Amarillo died Saturday, March 25, 2017.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in South Georgia Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Martin as eulogist. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes St.
Billie Charles Flanagan was born Nov. 4, 1949, and went home to be with the Lord on March 25, 2017.
He and his wonderful wife enjoyed 39 years of marriage. He enjoyed playing dominoes and telling jokes. His favorite team was the Dallas Cowboys. Faced with physical challenges, he lived life to the fullest, never complained and kept a positive outlook on life.
He loved and enjoyed his church, South Georgia Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Flanagan of Amarillo; a stepson, Leslie Fullbright of Amarillo; a daughter, Trinette Flanagan of Houston; a son, Billie B. Flanagan of Lubbock; two sisters, Doris Flanagan of Amarillo and Betty Alexander of Vallejo, Calif.; and two brothers, Richard L. Flanagan and Clyde E. Flanagan of Amarillo.
Viewing will be from 1 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
